- Provide best-in-class quality service to programme members in order to satisfy the needs and retain loyalty
- Provide one-stop service including fare quotations, reserving flights and answering general enquiries
- Handle requests promptly, accurately and professionally
- Effectively identify members’ needs by probing and providing appropriate solutions
- Feedback member comments for service improvements
Requirements
- Tertiary degree in any discipline
- Recent graduates are welcomed
- Strong customer relationship management mindset is mandatory
- Customer-centric with good manner and effective communication skills
- Native in Cantonese, Fluent in English and Mandarin
