  • Provide best-in-class quality service to programme members in order to satisfy the needs and retain loyalty
  • Provide one-stop service including fare quotations, reserving flights and answering general enquiries
  • Handle requests promptly, accurately and professionally
  • Effectively identify members’ needs by probing and providing appropriate solutions
  • Feedback member comments for service improvements

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in any discipline
  • Recent graduates are welcomed
  • Strong customer relationship management mindset is mandatory
  • Customer-centric with good manner and effective communication skills
  • Native in Cantonese, Fluent in English and Mandarin
