Job Description
Responsibilities

Provide personalized one-stop service to premium guests
-
Handle inbound customer telephone enquiries and complaints

Assist VIPs in making flight reservations, advanced theatre tickets purchasing, travel arrangements etc.

Build up positive relationship with customers through interactions and connections of excellence

Handle other ad hoc projects as requested
Requirements
-
Higher Diploma level in any discipline
-
At least 2 years of customer service experience in airline, hotel or other industries
-
Strong customer service and research skills
-
Fluent spoken English and Mandarin is a must
