Our Client is a well-known Food Services Company. To cope with their expansion, they are currently seeking a high caliber and motivated professional to join the group.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with unit heads on production capacity and schedule planning
• Improve production process by implementing lean principles and practices, reduce operating time and cost while retaining product quality
• Manage the QA department to ensure food factory operation meets company quality standard as well as safety policy and regulation
• Responsible for reviewing production plant manpower planning
• Ensure production plant security, cleanliness and resources allocation issues
• Provide manufacturing technical support and advise on procedures improvement
• Responsible of preparing related reports and analyze for management review

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• 8+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations/ production management
• Relevant experience in FOOD factory/ Central Kitchen management is highly preferred
• Well-versed in food or manufacturing laws and ordinance in HK
• Knowledge of ISO and Lean manufacturing will be advantage
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills
• Analytical, sensitive to the market trend and with business sense
• Proficient in Chinese and English
