Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate the day to day operations of the Restaurant to obtain maximum profit and maximum guest satisfaction
- Minimize wastage on food and beverage by close monitoring and enforcing standard operating procedures
- Provide training to staff and lead the team to consistently deliver quality service to guests
- Plan, drive and monitor process improvement to enhance business performance and cost control
- Maintain and continuously improve in beverage and food sales
Requirements:
- 5 years or above and related experience including supervisory experience in Chinese Food & Beverage Operation or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility
- Passionate, independent and willing to take challenge
