Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide the highest level of assistance across the range of education services including student registration, lessons booking/rescheduling, event and venue support.
- Supervise pre-course assessments and mock tests, and follow up on various feedbacks.
- Handle walk-in/telephone/e-mail enquiries.
- Other ad hoc projects
Job Requirement:
- University graduate with at least 1 years or more experience in customer service.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
- Persuasive and have a strong will to achieve targets
- Strong operations ownership
- Pleasant personality, proactive and meticulous
- Previous experience in customer service is a definite advantage
- Working on rotating shifts is required
- Able to work in a multicultural environment
- Competent computer skills
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Work Location: Central, Hong Kong
