Manager assistant, you will be reported to the CFO directly and your responsible will consist of the following:

• Supervise and coordinate with the overseas property management companies, real estate brokers, and attorneys.
• Review and analyze monthly financial reporting packages to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
• Monitor cash, interest rate, credit risks, and liquidity position of the entities. Liaise with bankers for treasury management and working capital financing.
• Work with the external CPA for audit and tax.
• Handle some of the human resource and administration duties for the HK Office.
• Assist in ad hoc projects when required.
• Occasional overseas travel
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or related discipline
• At least 5 years of financial accounting and statutory audit experience
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.  Able to translate English to Chinese in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, and be able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is preferred
