Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned accounts
• Perform day-to-day operational functions, such as staff management and contract renewal
• Prepare presentation, arrange food tasting to customers and manage the accounts comprehensively
• Liaise with customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
• Maintain good relationship with existing accounts
• Provide regular sales reports and cost control analysis to management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Admin, Hotel & Catering Management or related disciplines
• 1 year's working experience preferably in related field
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal & presentation skill
  
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Fresh graduates will also be considered

 * Candidate with more experience will be considered as Account Executive
