Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist AM/ Manager on the development and expansion of the loyalty program for the company
- Completing the tasks and reports assigned by AM/Manager on time and up to standard.
- Execution of processes in enhancing and streamline communication between gaming patrons and operation teams, including internal or external communication materials.
- Assist with developing programs and initiatives to maintain a competitive edge amongst the Company’s competitors
- Work with various operation teams to ensure that service standards and initiatives related to the loyalty program is being communicated and delivered in a consistent manner.
- Assist AM/Manager on the current and future development of RWAS membership IT system, as to improve and ensure the efficiency and effectives of the tool across the fleets for CRM.
- Ensuring all RWAS marketing collateral such as job briefs, proof-read and distributions are well executed in a timely manner.
- Follow up with all necessary admin works of the program / projects.
- Perform the best standard according to Company business needs and directions
Requirements
- University Graduate in business, tourism, hospitality and/or sales management.
- At least 1-2 year of experience in the Hospitality / Gaming Marketing Industry.
- Experience and relevant partners/business network is an advantage.
- Strong relationship building skills and an entrepreneurial approach that leverages further opportunities
- Good team player and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred
- Be able to work-off hours as required by the needs of the business
