Job Responsibilities:

• Providing secretarial and administrative works in Department daily operations;
• Support and coordinate the activities of all assigned personnel and departmental responsibilities;
• Promote and provide assistance in organizing on-site event, including Banquet, Wedding Expo and Cooking Class;
• Prepare reports according to tour group sales, banquet sales, cooking studio sales and ad hoc events;
• Maintain the clients’ information and records;
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year marketing experience, preferable in retail or F&B industry.
• Shift duties occasionally required.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing).
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Strong analytical capabilities, initiative, detail-minded and independent on work.
• Good team player with enthusiastic and proactive behavior.
