Responsibilities

- Assisting in the daily operation and delivering quality service to the residents / visitors of a high-class residential estate

- Handling telephone inquiries / complaints and providing courteous services to residents and visitors, etc

 Requirements

 - F.5 or above

 - Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferable

 - Smart, good bearing and presentable

 - Basic computer knowledge is required

 - Mature, problem solving oriented and good communication and interpersonal skills

 - Good customer service mindset

 - Shift duty is required for certain post

 - Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security personnel permit (SPP)

 - For Senior Guest Service Officer preferrably have 2 years of relevant work experience

Working Location: Luxury Residential Property at Kowloon Station / Olympic Station / Tai Wai / TKO / Ma On Shan

(Salary $13,500 to $18,400/month)

for those successful candidates ranked Guest Service Officer will be entitled the new join bonus of $1000/mth (1st 3 months) + new join post allowance of $1500/mth (1st 3 months) for specific location.
