Responsibilities:

• Provide reception services for Government VIPs and their well-wishers and greeters
• Assist Government VIPs in check-in arrangements, airport tax exemption, immigration clearance and customs clearance
• Provide terminal transfer services, car park management service, ramp transportation and baggage handling services to ensure a safe and efficient transit of Government VIPs throughout the airport
• Liaise with Government Departments, Consular Corps and business partners for logistics arrangement of Government VIPs
• Monitor the performance of suppliers/ service contractors and conduct regular inspections on the Government VIP Lounge, car park and fleet vehicles to ensure a high standard of customer service is constantly maintained
• Undertake other duties in Terminal 1 Department as and when required
• Required to wear uniform and work shifts / irregular hours

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 1 year working experience, preferably in airlines or hospitality industry. Post-secondary level education with at least 4 years’ experience, including 2 years’ experience in airlines or hospitality industry will also be considered
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese). Knowledge and skills of using other language would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Possession of valid Hong Kong Driving License for Class 1, 2 and 9 is preferred
