Support corporate secretarial office in providing timely and quality corporate secretarial services for entities in different jurisdictions of Asia Pacific
Assist in preparing resolutions and annual filings of the entities
Maintain and verify data of entities on internal ICSA software system
Provide general clerical support including data entry, documents execution and scanning
Ad hoc tasks and other duties when required

Qualifications:

2 years working experience (preferably in corporate secretarial field)
Diploma or above (HKICS student/member preferred)
Sound PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
Knowledge in ICSA Software Blueprint is definitely an advantage
Good command of English and Chinese
Good organization skills, detail-minded & self-motivated
Immediately available is highly preferred
