Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in supervising and directing all aspects of the club’s Food and Beverage Operations.
• Develop formal training plans and conduct on-the-job training sessions for Food and Beverage associates.
• Participate in the preparation of the Food and Beverage Departmental budget.
• Assist the Director of Food & Beverage to ensure costs control, forecasted revenues, minimum wastage are obtained and product quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in hotel or catering management.
• A minimum of 4 years F&B management experience gained in private club or 5-star hotels.
• Familiar with the operations of different cuisines including Chinese, Cafe, Continental Fine Dining as well as Catering Events.
• Excellent leadership, problem solving and communications skills.
• Good motivator who enjoys being part of the team yet prepared to lead from the front.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
