Our client is a well known premium confectionery brand with a wide range of high-end product offer to the markets. They brand is well known across Asia. To ensure the stable supply of products to the market, a new position is created for the talented supply chain manager to join and lead the team of 2.  

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will lead a team of 2 for the daily supply chain operations
• Work closely with the 3PLs for the order management
• Work closely with the product team and the suppliers to ensure the delivery schedule and stable supply of the stocks
• Work with marketing and retail team on the demand planning to lower the rate of wastage
• Manage and coach the existing teams and motivate them for better performance

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in supply chain or related discipline is a must
• At least 6 years of supply chain experience with 2 years in managerial grade
• High flyer with strong planning skills and project management skills
• Detail oriented, able to work under pressure and deadlines
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
