Responsibilities

• Report to the General Manager directly so as to develop business strategies and monitor operating performance
• Collaborate and negotiate with the headquarter on planning, controlling and executing each season’s budget to achieve the budgeted objectives of the group
• Analyze sales forecast and relevant analytical reports to monitor sales performance
• Prospect, identify, and execute new sales opportunities and retention strategies
  
• Build relationship with key clients and potential clients
• Negotiate, prepare and complete contracts

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics and /or related areas with at least 10 years’ business development / sales experience
• At least 5 years in managerial level in F&B industry with proven success in developing new business and leading a department or business
• Excellent interpersonal, managerial, communication & presentation skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin
