Responsibilities

• Carry out all food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the operations of stores and central kitchen follow the standard based on HACCP and ISO framework.
• Conduct internal audits findings, and follow up when needed.
• Coordinate raw materials quality and cold chain projects with related department, and follow up on deviations.
• Prepare food labels based on local regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and handle customers’ complaints related to food hygiene and safety.
• Provide technical supports on new products and facilitate new product standard setting.
• Coordinate and participate quality assurance and hygiene training to staffs.
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Food Science or related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in food industry or catering services, exposure of frontline operations or central kitchen will be an advantage.
• Familiar with quality assurance systems (HACCP/ISO9001/ISO22000).
• Knowledge of food laws and experience with food regulations.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
