The candidate should be able to lead the subordinates in planning and designing the menu in accordance with the customer’s tastes and contemporary culinary and food trend and also take charge of all kitchen operations and food production in the restaurant.
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS​
 
• 5+ years’ experience in food and beverage industry;
• Acquired sound experience in taking charge of all kitchen operation and food production in Western/ Italian restaurants
• Previous working experience in Taiwan Café/ Western Restaurants preferred
• Excellent understanding of Western cuisine and food culture;
• Excellent relationships with suppliers and customers
• Strong communication and leadership.
