Responsible for all daily front office activities.
Major Responsibility
- Daily check in, check-out, reservation and reception work.

Ensure correct handling of billing and administrative work, including the review and report archiving.

Reflect good professional image of companies and individuals in daily work and keep a good communication and coordination with partner of property.

Proper and timely handing of customer requirements, inquiries and complaints. If necessary, promptly report to their superiors.

Liaise with the department team to achieve daily tasks.

Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Candidate with more experience, will consider as Senior Guest Service Officer
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in star hotel / serviced apartment; fresh graduate also will be considered
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Presentable, service oriented with excellent interpersonal skill;
- Responsible, self-motivated and team player
