A Global F&B Giant is recruiting a Product Development Manager to assist the Director in new product development and launch in the APAC region. 

• Manage all phases of project progression of new products development and launch, and develop product and process specifications
• Conduct oversea tests, plant trials and commercial production runs for selected ingredients prototypes to achieve project objectives. 
• Assist to prepare and organize tasting sessions for new beverage concepts. 
• Summarize and documents results including recommendations. 
• Gather and analyzes product and technology trend information and conduct idea generation sessions to initiate creation of new beverage concepts and products 
• Assists to develop recipe cards and standard Recipes. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing & Category, Supply Chain, Operations and Quality Assurance team, etc. 

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Food Science / Food Technology
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in F&B industry, with experience in product Development, Sensory, Product Commercialization or equivalent.
• Knowledge of product development, scale-up commercialization of food/beverage ingredients
• Knowledge of food and beverage processing technology, ingredient functionalities, food chemistry, etc.
• Knowledge of food quality assurance principles
