Working Location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island

Responsibilities:

• Provide general security duties in hotel to ensure a safe and secure environment for our valuable guests
• Adhere to local regulations concerning Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), hotel emergency procedures, safety, other compliance requirements, brand standards as well as local policies and procedures
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in hospitality industry
• Strong background in customer service oriented, demonstrate ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties
• Qualified first aider with valid Security Personnel Permit, certified CPR is an advantage
• Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, OSHA requirements and fire codes and life safety codes
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating and organizational skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good writing skills and computer-literate
