Reporting to the MD this position requires a mature thinker  with experience in the F&B industry.

There is considerable responsibilty with this position and therefore only applicants with relevant experience need apply.  

Direct experience in Food & Beverage supply in Hong Kong and Macau is essential 

• Lead the team of Sales managers and assistants to achieve and exceed sales targets
• To develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans 
• Responsible for sales forecasts & progress, development of promotional strategies,new accounts
• To maintain and enhance excellent relationships with new and existing clients,
• Develop more business opportunities 
• Sales reporting
• Targets, budgets, forecast and planning 
• Ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Experience is essential, and a good strong work attitude is required.
• Good command of speaking and writing in English, Cantonese
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, in writing sales and marketing proposals and reports
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Self-initiative and pro-active working attitude with good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; Mature, customer-oriented detailed minded and presentable; Capable of multi-tasks & independent work
