Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for managing the operations of several central kitchens under FFG;
  • Review & evaluate the existing workflows & policies and fine tune them as to cater for the needs of the company;
  • Ensure all kitchens are managed efficiently through regular visits & control;
  • Monitor the costing, purchasing of raw materials (central procurement) and managing the mass production under appropriate quality control, packaging & logistics;
  • Work closely with various internal departments & external parties to meet with company’s objectives;
  • To perform other relevant duties as requested by top management.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Business Management or related disciplines;
  • Over 5 years’ kitchen operations managerial experience, preferable in operating central fast food kitchen or school meals production;
  • Solid working experience & track record in catering operation business;
  • Stable working history with good communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in computer applications.
