• Basic computer knowledge
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
• Attentive to details with good common sense and self-initiative
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• 1 year working experience as operation staff at the HK International Airport preferable
• Shift duty is required
• Immediate available is preferred
