Requirements

• Degree holder in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• 4 years or above relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory level
• Experience in managing front desk operation with hospitality background
• Strong communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Independent, responsible, positive with strong problem solving skills
• Customer-oriented, energetic, pleasant personality and cheerful
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
  

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation and provide comprehensive quality guest services
• Follow up appropriately on guests’ requests with internal and external parties
• Monitor the team to maximize guests’ satisfaction and high service quality
• Identify solutions to ensure services are delivered in accordance with company policies
• Responsible for preparing performance reports for further planning and improvement
