Job Description
Job Duties:
- Label checking of consumer items for compliance, e.g. Product Specification, NL label
- Assist implementation of risk assessment of company product
- Assist establishment of master list & database with food safety concern
- Assist establishment of SOP, work flow, internal training program, technical support of any food safety & quality issue
- Arrange investigation of customer complaint with food safety & quality issues
- Arrange investigation of problem stock & follow up action (i.e. both food safety & quality)
- Arrange laboratory testing based on different scopes or aspects
- Involvement of any ad hoc project related to food safety & quality
- Responsible of internal & external audit and any system follow up action
Requirement:
- Degree holder in Food Science or other related disciplines
- At least 3 years' solid experience in Quality Assurance field in food & catering industry
- Certified FEHD Hygiene Manager with knowledge of HACCP
- Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills especially Excel & Word
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented
