Job description and responsibilities
Perform and supervise front office operations
Identify and provide training for Front Desk Team
Provide comprehensive and high quality guest services for customer.
Job requirements
Diploma or above in Hospitality or Tourism Management
One year or above in the position of Assistant Guest Services Supervisor
Solid experience in guest services and front desk operations including OTA handling.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Putonghua
