Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handle telephone calls and email for travel information enquiries
- Serve as a dedicated customer contact point to deliver quality end to end after-sales services to customers
- Promote continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction
- Provide full range of travel consultancy services to customers include flight, hotel or other travel arrangement
Requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Tourism Management or related discipline
- At least 7 years relevant working experience in customer services position
- Relevant experience in travel industry
- Proficient in PC operation including MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Manager
