Job Duties:

• Handle telephone calls and email for travel information enquiries
• Serve as a dedicated customer contact point to deliver quality end to end after-sales services to customers
• Promote continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction
• Provide full range of travel consultancy services to customers include flight, hotel or other travel arrangement

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Tourism Management or related discipline
• At least 7 years relevant working experience in customer services position
• Relevant experience in travel industry
• Proficient in PC operation including MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin 
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Manager
