Job Description

Education and Experience
 
  • Previous change management / consulting experience required – preferably with large scale transformation, multi-country deployment
  • Excellent communicator – verbal & written English. Mandarin is a plus
  • Previous change management experience related to technology and process changes
  • Good analytical skills – ability to design and execute statistically valid surveys and meaningful focus groups
  • Knowledge / experience of hospitality industry is a plus but not required
  • Previous consulting experience preferred
 
Skills and Competencies
 
  • Property change champion weekly webinars – prepare materials, host, take notes, respond to questions, prepare summary emails. We may need to have additional webinars for legacy Starwood properties going forward, given the upcoming deployments that affect their hotels only
  • Above property bi-weekly webinars (x2) – similar to above. We split these out to cover APEC (Asia Pacific Excluding China) & Greater China
  • Pulse surveys – design, distribution, analysis, reporting
  • Focus groups – as above
  • Key associate events, town halls – APEC + Greater China leadership engagement
  • Integration communications – bi-weekly newsletter, leadership memos, videos
  • Change impact assessment – this is a detailed deliverable and is key for managing the changes surrounding the numerous deployments over the coming year or two
  • Learning strategy and planning – related to deployment changes
  • Integration support – ongoing responses to associate queries via APAC change management mailbox and Platform
Location
 
This position is based in Hong Kong.
This is a 12 month contract, which will end Dec 2018.
