• Support QA team to Investigate and handle quality and hygiene issues and solve any problem found
• Perform restaurant audit and food sampling for lab. testing to ensure the restaurant hygiene is in compliance
• with company standard
• Maintain regular QA activity to ensure food safety and quality standard are achieved
• Review and update the food safety standard
• Responsible for the record keeping and perform data analysis periodically for risk management
• Coordinate and participate any related to quality assurance and hygiene procedures training to related staff
• Assist and participate in audit activities
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Food Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in F&B industry
• Knowledge of HACCP / ISO would be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both written & spoken English & Chinese
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Travel occasionally
