Job Description
Job Responsibilities

Report to Customer Service Supervisor
-
Deliver professional customer service through answering phone call, email and fax
-
Answer customers’ enquiries promptly, such as order booking and shipment tracing
-
Promote and cross-sell company products/services
-
Handle complaints from customers and ensure proper follow-up is performed
-
Provide accurate import and export information for shipment send out
-
Maintain good relationship with customers to enhance business growth
Requirements
-
Higher Diploma or above
-
Minimum 1 year relevant customer service experience
-
*Preferably in hospitality / aviation / call center environment
-
Ability to work independently and strong in problem solving skills
-
Basic knowledge in MS Office including MS Word and Excel
-
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Fresh graduates will also be considered
