MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the followings. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to fulfill optimum efficiency of this position:

1. Responsible for data entry of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General ledger.
2. Verify staff expenses’ claims to ensure compliance to the company policy.
3. Handle payment.
4. Assist in month-end closing tasks, including bank reconciliations and preparation of monthly schedule.
5. Assist in ad-hoc assignments, if required.

REQUIREMENT:

1. 3 - 5 years of accounting experiences in A/P & A/R.
2. LCCI Higher Certificate / diploma holder in Accounting
3. Proficient in MS office including Word & Excel.
4. Cheerful, willing to learn and take responsibilities.
5. Able to work independent, under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
