Kitchen Trainee, General Worker & Junior Pastry Cook (Kitchen)

(1)   Kitchen Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Assist in production, storage and finishing products
• Learn from team on pastry production and do cleaning with kitchen team

Requirements:

• No experience is required
• Good team player, hardworking, self-motivated and proactive

(2)   General Worker

Responsibilities:

• Handle warehouse, stock take and inventory tasks
• Loading and unloading goods

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate in simple English/Chinese and equip with basic computer skill
• Good team player and able to work in fast-paced environment

(3) Junior Pastry Chef

Responsibilities:

• Daily production of french patissaries: macarons and artisanial cake
• Uphold hygiene and food safety standard
• New product development

Requirements:

• 2-3 years solid experience in pastry workshop for Junior Cook post
• Passionate about French traditional pastry
• Hard working, team player a must
• Sense of creativity and willingness to learn an absolute advantage
