Job Description
We are a renowned French patisserie company with many boutiques/dessert and cake shops in Hong Kong and Kowloon. To cope with our expansion, we have immediate openings on following posts:
Kitchen Trainee, General Worker & Junior Pastry Cook (Kitchen)
(1) Kitchen Trainee
Responsibilities:
- Assist in production, storage and finishing products
- Learn from team on pastry production and do cleaning with kitchen team
Requirements:
- No experience is required
- Good team player, hardworking, self-motivated and proactive
(2) General Worker
Responsibilities:
- Handle warehouse, stock take and inventory tasks
- Loading and unloading goods
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in simple English/Chinese and equip with basic computer skill
- Good team player and able to work in fast-paced environment
(3) Junior Pastry Chef
Responsibilities:
- Daily production of french patissaries: macarons and artisanial cake
- Uphold hygiene and food safety standard
- New product development
Requirements:
- 2-3 years solid experience in pastry workshop for Junior Cook post
- Passionate about French traditional pastry
- Hard working, team player a must
- Sense of creativity and willingness to learn an absolute advantage
