Job Tasks:

• Handle private banquet functions and bookings of Club events.
• Assist members to plan special events including but not limited to menus, entertainment, theme, decorations and other aspects.  Offering suggestions to balance the members' expectation and the club's internal operations.
• Coordinate and liaise with different departments such as F&B Service & Kitchen, Maintenance, and Games & Sports to ensure all events and functions are running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Degree hold or above in Catering / Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience gained in Private Clubhouses or Hotels.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player with positive working attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office operations.
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
