Job Description
Job Tasks:
- Handle private banquet functions and bookings of Club events.
- Assist members to plan special events including but not limited to menus, entertainment, theme, decorations and other aspects. Offering suggestions to balance the members' expectation and the club's internal operations.
- Coordinate and liaise with different departments such as F&B Service & Kitchen, Maintenance, and Games & Sports to ensure all events and functions are running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Degree hold or above in Catering / Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience gained in Private Clubhouses or Hotels.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player with positive working attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office operations.
- Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Job location: Deep Water Bay (5 mins walk from Ocean Park MTR Station Exit C)
