Job Description
Job Details:
- Providing warm welcome to customers, understanding their needs and ensuring the best customer experience is achieved
- Handling inquiries, complaints and ad hoc request from customers, including processing of booking, amendment and cancellation received via telephone, email and fax
- Introducing services to patients
- Assist doctors and registered nurse to deliver consultations and operations
- Other duties, tasks and projects as may be assigned at any time
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 1 years of clinical experience
- Good command of Cantonese and Putonghua
- Deliver good customer service
- Knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft word/ Excel)
- Certificate in blood taking will be an advantage

- 接待及協助病人登記
- 處理病人預約, 查詢, 跟進
- 協助醫生診症
- 懂打針抽血者優先
- 一般文書工作
要求學歷:
- 中五或以上程度
- 1年經驗
- 良好粵語, 普通話
- 懂電腦操作(Microsoft word/ Excel)
- 主動、積極及善於溝通
- 待客親切有禮
- 持有抽血證書可獲優先考慮
- 良好形象
