Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Work with Chef de Cuisine to monitor and ensure the high standards of food quality and hygiene
  • Assist in the kitchen operations management to supervise and coach team members to maximize productivity
  • Prepare and make ingredients and food based on recipes
  • Responsible for ordering, stock control and food storage
  • Maintain good conditions for the kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas conforming to the company standard
  • Preform and maintain smooth daily operation in kitchen

 

REQUIREMENTS:-

  • 1-5 years relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of Italian cuisine will be an advantage
  • Hardworking, well-organized, good team-player and work independently
  • Excellent knowledge of food hygiene
  • Reasonable command of English
