Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Work with Chef de Cuisine to monitor and ensure the high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Assist in the kitchen operations management to supervise and coach team members to maximize productivity
- Prepare and make ingredients and food based on recipes
- Responsible for ordering, stock control and food storage
- Maintain good conditions for the kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas conforming to the company standard
- Preform and maintain smooth daily operation in kitchen
REQUIREMENTS:-
- 1-5 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Italian cuisine will be an advantage
- Hardworking, well-organized, good team-player and work independently
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene
- Reasonable command of English
