Job Description

A Global Services Platform is looking for Talent who has strong passion in professional Customer Services and would like to work in Day shift time

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customer on the trip planning including Fare quotations and booking reservations
  • Prepare Customer quotation using the Company’s operating platforms
  • Provide support and solutions for ad-hoc issues from customers
  • Show passion in developing own career and understanding in providing great Customer Services

 

Requirements:

  • At lease 1 year Travel Industry or Customer Service Experience
  • Good organization, Interpersonal and Communications skills, able to work independently, fast learner
  • Experience in Ticketing at Call Center, Travel, Airport, Airline would be a plus
  • Immediately available is a BIG PLUS
  • Ability to work independently and strong in problem solving skills
