Responsibilities:

• Promote,describe,and upsell the beverage menu
• Assist guest during the dining period with wine recommendations and selection for perfect pairing with their lunch/dinner.
• Have complete understanding of wine list and beverage items and food menus at all times
• Managing inventory of wine
• Develop a training programme of all team members to improve their knowledge of wine tasting and wine service

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of wines
• A strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings
• Certificate Holder of Wset or related course is an advantage
• Relevant working experience and passionate about wine service
• Excellent communication and people skills, experience in serving multinational customers
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
