Responsibilities 職責

• Manage daily operation of Food Court / Restaurant, provide and maintain its quality of service
  負責監督美食廣場 / 餐廳的日常運作，提供及保持高質量服務
• Conduct inspection regularly to ensure all facilities are operated properly
  定期巡查場地以確保所有設施運作正常
• Provide working instruction and training to staff
  提供員工培訓及工作指引
• Maintain good relationship with the merchants and customers, catering their concerns
  關懷商戶及客戶需求，與客戶建立及保持良好關係
• Manage and ensure an efficiency logistic arrangement that minimize the impact on customers
  管制商戶出入貨安排以減少對客戶的影響
• Motivate and lead team members to achieve company’s strategic and operational objectives
  激勵及引領組員實現公司的戰略及營運目標
• Assist top management to monitor, evaluate and improve operational systems and processes
  協助管理層監測、評估及改進營運系統及流程
• Report to Top Management regularly  
  定期向管理層滙報

Requirements入職要求

• Degree holder in Business Administration/ Project management / Marketing or other related disciplines
  持有工商管理/項目管理/市場營銷或其他相關學位
• With a minimum of 6 years work experience and at least 3 year in management level and preferable from Food and Beverage  
  6年或以上工作經驗，其中最少3年屬於管理及監督職位，及屬飲食行業優先
• With Property Management Supervision experience is definitely an advantage
  具物業管理監督經驗優先
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, high proficiency in English and Mandarin is definitely an advantage
  良好溝通技巧，流利廣東話，具備良好英語及普通話獲優先考慮
• Energetic, heedful, independent, self-confident and well organized
  積極、細心、具獨立處事能力、有自信及良好組織能力
• Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing (MUST)
  熟悉電腦操作包括MS Word、Excel，及中文打字 (倉頡/速成)
• Highly self-motivated, analytical and good leading skills
  有上進心、良好分析及領導能力
• Able to work under pressure and independently with good planning and organizational skills.
  良好抗壓能力及能有計劃及組織地獨立完成指派工作
