Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to ensure security issues are addressed effectively
• Provide security design throughout the project life cycle and be accountable for security solution integrity
• Develop, implement, and administer security policies, procedures and guidelines
• Engage in identifying, understanding, and addressing security considerations across business units
• Analyze and evaluate security trends, vulnerabilities and provide ongoing feedback
• Work closely with the other technology architects to ensure that security is properly provisioned in their technology domains
• Investigate and report on security threats and incidents; conduct post-event reviews of security incidents

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
• 8 years experience in banking / insurance / or financial institute IT field within information security and technology risk management area
• Proven experience in leading IT and Security projects
• Deep understand of identity and access management, application security, network security, data leakage prevention and incident management and ability to apply
• Security IT certifications: CISSP/CISA/CISM are preferred
• Demonstrate advanced problem solving and decision making skills and has the ability to coach/mentor others in this competency
• Good command of Chinese and English
