Responsibilities:

• Participate as a key member of a support team for retail management and POS software applications
• Provide consultancy, application support and training to clients
• Take ownership to follow through for resolution of major customer issues and report to clients
• Investigate complex queries and issues, including working closely with customer support, product R&D and business consultant teams
• Carry out testing and implementation of new system / software modules or fixes with documentation

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Computing or related discipline if holding other science / business degree
• Knowledge of retail operations and / or previous work experience with retail management software will be a great advantage
• 10 years or above relevant working experience in software vendor support role; candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Support Consultant.
• A team-player with good communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
