The Job:

• Develop, implement, maintain and support IT solutions and services.
• Act as project leaders to implement small scale projects.
• Identify application system needs and business process improvement opportunity for users’ comments and acceptance.
• Monitor the progress and performance of vendors and supervise Application Consultants regarding systems development and enhancement work.

The Person:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, including at least 1 year in application system development and support in a sizeable organisation.
• Solid experience of Capability Maturity Model (CMM), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Project Management (PMP).
• Extensive knowledge of Unix, J2EE, Web application development tools, RDBMS, Crystal Report, Adobe Flex and/or Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
• Sound knowledge of contemporary information technology including ERP, EAI (Enterprise Application Integration), Enterprise Portal, Knowledge Management, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Business Process Management and Service Oriented Architecture.
• Good communication skill and proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer.
