The Role:

We are looking for a bright Software Engineer to join us. Our Voice and IM SDK enables outside developers to quickly add best in class voice and IM features to their applications. You will be responsible for enhancing the iOS and Android demo application as well as providing front line customer support in the form of development and technical support to our customers throughout their product development life cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop iOS and Android reference implementations of new SDK features such a video calling and conference calls
• Customer support --- take ownership of customer issues, ensure proper follow-up and see them through to a resolution in a timely manner
• Ongoing enhancement and support of the SDK demo application [iOS, Android]
• Document solutions in the form of knowledge base, white papers & examples

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science, engineering or relevant prior work experience
• Enjoy working with customers, dependable, independent, and possess excellent communication skills
• Plus: IOS and/or Android application development experience(Objective C, Java)
• Plus: Cross-platform development experience in C++ and good feel for OO concepts and patterns
• Plus : Knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP) and video-conferencing technology
• Fluency in English and Putonghua is a MUST
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply
