Job Description
Responsibilities:
l Lead the Helpdesk Team and Project Service
l Monitor daily helpdesk operation and track management system
l Provide IT helpdesk services to the company’s end-users
l Follow up pending or outstanding issues with team and the project units
l Be responsible for the helpdesk analysis report and record update monitoring
Requirements:
l Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or other related disciplines
l Minimum 4 years supervisory experience in service technical support role
l Experience in service technical support and trouble-shooting would be an advantage
l Experience in tier 1 helpdesk, helpdesk support, trouble-shooting, services technical support, retail, vendor management
l Knowledge in desktop and server hardware, office application software and Lan /Wan
l Excellent communication skill
l Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and Putonghua
