Responsibilities

• Manage IT Projects, gather user requirement, and transform end-user needs into functional requirement specification for system design;
• Perform system development, database design, system test, implementation and related support tasks;
• Develop, enhance and support for existing systems and applications
• Prepare test plan, test cases and scripts, test environments, test data and perform system testing.
• Carry out server and database system maintenance
• Supervise and train the developer
• Co-work with other IT Team members and vendors to design and build applications
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation

Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related discipline, with at least 4 years’ relevant working experience
• Solid work experience in project management, and using programming language PHP, ASP.NET, C# and VB.net and crystal report design
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and web development technologies, e.g. HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, AJAX and SQL;
• Web/mobile application development experience will be an advantage
• Self-motivation, self-initiative, customer-oriented, eager to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Effective in communication with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior IT Officer
