Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the links between external IT support and end-users, as well perform general administrative tasks that help to ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems.
Job Duties:
- Provide general technical support for company
- Troubleshoot application software, system software, hardware and network problems
- Act as link between end users and external IT support
- Manage sub-contractors
- Institute protocols for use of IT across departments
- Provide technical support for IT projects and purchases
- Update and maintain inventory records of computer hardware/network & software licenses
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Job Requirement:
- Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience IT experience in network, networking security, Windows server administration and system support
- Good IT knowledge and familiar with IT terminology
- Good knowledge of programming & networking is preferable
- Strong analytical and problems solving skills
- Responsible, pro-active and attention to details
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate available is preferable
