Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and computer services
• Provide regular testing of IT equipment
• Perform monitoring of IT equipment status
• Perform maintenance and configuration of Network equipment.
• Perform management of hardware and software inventory
• Perform system administration

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Related Training in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines 
• Prefer to have 1-2 years relevant experience in Technical Support
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
• Hardworking and willing to work under pressure and independently.
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
