IT Officer / Senior IT Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to operations and maintenance;
• Perform IT support including hardware and software administration; procurement, installation and configuration of POS, Printers, Laptop, PC and Server platforms;
• Provide regular testing of IT equipment and monitoring of IT equipment status;
• Attend routine on premises support services; and
• Perform project support and ad-hoc technical assignment as required
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
• Good command of spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English;
• At least one year relevant experience in technical support role;
• Familiar with POS,Windows and Mac platform;
• Holder of MCSE, CCNA credential and other system admin.certificate is an advantage;
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented; and
• Able to work independently under tight deadline and willing to work under pressure.
