Job Description
Our client is a leading IT solution firm. With their current expanding, they are now looking for high caliber to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for pre/pro sales role
- Provide technical support to clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues
- Provide technical support for server installation by on site visit and phone call
- Handle IT operations on product servers
Requirement:
- Diploma holder in Information Technologies or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 year relevant technical support experience
- Proficiency in Network Infrastructure and various ICT knowledge
- CompTIA / CCNA certificate holders are preferred
- Excellent technical and problem solving skills
- Good command in English and Chinese (Written and Spoken)
