Our client, a global multinational company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

• Perform routine system administration, configuration management, network monitoring and capacity management.
• Assist in incident/problem management, troubleshoot end-to-end at hosts and network level.
• Assist to evaluate and implement new technology or methodology in order to enhance IT/IS infrastructure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Work with team members in IT operation support and projects implementation.

Requirements:-

• University degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in supporting network and IT systems, experience on sizeable company with oversea support experience.
• Technical knowledge and experience on VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, Linux Server, SAN Storage, Network, Exchange Server.
• Experience with Lotus Notes is advantage.
• Motivated attitude, willing to learn and a good team player.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Logical and organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
