Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage all technical solutions and support to users on all IT related issues;
- Liaison with IT contractors and end users on IT matters;
- Monitor IT infrastructure, include server, desktop, CCTV, network system, backup system and other IT hardware / software;
- Prepare IT budget, purchase and maintenance software license & hardware record.
- Evaluate & propose solution for IT system improvement to management.
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Requirements:
- Degree graduated in Computer Science or related discipline
- 3 years solid IT experience, preferably in engineering field
- Related experience or qualifications/experience in the following areas: WAN, LAN, Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange Server, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience in Wonderware System Platform or other real-time data integration is a plus
- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Immediate available is highly preferred
